Each candidate is personally and extensively interviewed. Candidates are not sent to client interviews without having successfully undergone our extensive interviewing and screening process.

Once a candidate has been identified, ASP Staffing will aid in salary negotiations, provide professional references and assist in establishing a start date.

Once a candidate has been hired, we implement an on-going follow-up program to ensure our candidates meet or exceed client expectations.
